Feeling Alone and Scared
You are not alone here, I know what you are heeling, I have cancer as well, and the unknown will just kill you. my heart goes out to you. Cancer is a scary word anyway, i will keep you in my prayers
Monica
It took me a couple of days to figure out how the support posts work. Thank you both for your comments. Monica you are right in that the unknown is the worst part. I am coming to realize that what ever the outcome is it is out of my hands. I'm thankful for my faith and am leaning hard on it. You both are now in my prayers!
I'll try making Apple juice out of lemons this week:)
Renee
Psalm 50:15 - I want you to trust in Me in your times of trouble, so I may come to your rescue, and you can then give Me glory.
Two more days till the Mohs surgery.
I'm more scared for my family than for myself. If my cancer has spread how will my husband, college son and 10 year old daughter handle it?????
I feel like I'm living a nightmare and just want to wake up. When I wake in the morning I realize it's not just a bad dream it's real, Very, Very real!!!!
I hate that I'm feeling so sorry for myself....... So many emotions and so many fears!
I believe in God and life after this world. That is were I draw my comfort! I keep asking God to please carry me through this!
Good luck on your sergury, please be strong, I know cancer has very scary name, but believe me now a days there are treatments available even for advanced cancer. I work for a cancer canter and I see cancer patients everyday, keep your morals high, that is the most important thing.
I wanted to share a video with you, type "Malignant Melanoma treated in 4 days" on youtube. That is the video of a patient here where I work. I'm just so happy for her.
Seeing people who are getting result from their treatment will make your more comfortable, and will help you to go over your fears.
Best wishes for you and hope you get well very soon :)

good luck honey...you never know...you might come out just fine! have a little faith..heres a song I want you to listen to that helped me get through rough time...its called keep your head up by andy grammar..you cant help but to sway and smile when your listening to it...maybe itll ease you for a bit!
I am hoping that it was caught early. For me the scariest time was not knowing how bad it was. I was a lot more nervous the first time cancer was found because I did not know much about MOHs surgery. It can be a long process but is great in that they really are able to take very little beyond the cancerous cells away.
Hi rmk64, I wanted to check on you and see how your surgery when. I have been praying for you. Send me a pm and let me know, if I'm not here.
Sending you get well hugs
monica

I can imagine how you feel. Dont feel alone, just know that there are other people going through what you are going through. Just try to relax and try not to think about it. Listen to some soothing music without any words..something that'll calm your nerves. If you feel any more worse than you do now...I am here if you ever need to talk, okay? Hope all goes well!!
When life hands you lemons, make apple juice and have everyone wondering how you did it.
